Dive in and explore La Jolla Shores!
This introductory tour is designed to teach the fundamentals of snorkeling while exploring the sandy and rocky reef in the area’s ecological reserve. Our experienced tour guides will lead you to Leopard sharks, Garibaldi, and various other reef fish that call this area home! Many of these species are here year-round including our area’s favorite leopard sharks. These leopard sharks can often be seen just a few yards from shore and they are HARMLESS to humans. From June to September thousands of Leopard Sharks migrate to La Jolla Shores for their mating season and often remain in the area year-round and can still be seen.
This adventure is suitable for swimmers ages 6+ (with an adult), must be comfortable in the water.
