Tour Arrival and Cancellation Policy

Due to city restrictions kayak rentals on the the weekends are subject to availability and based on first come first serve.

Reservations must be cancelled by 5PM on the day prior to your scheduled tour.\nNon-cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50%, this fee can be applied to a tour or service at a later time.

All tour participants are expected to arrive 30 to 35 minutes early.

Anyone arriving less than 20 minutes before their tour will be considered a no-show.

SPECIAL POLICY FOR SUMMER WEEKENDS (Saturdays and Sundays, June through September)

Reservations must be cancelled at least 24-hours before your tour.

Non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged in FULL, this fee CANNOT be applied to a tour or service at a later time.

GROUPS OF TEN (10) PEOPLE OR MORE

Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your tour.

Non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50%, this fee CANNOT be applied to a tour or service at a later time.

If the group reservation is on a summer weekend, non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged in FULL.
