We’re always looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team at La Jolla Shores! Whether you’re leading kayak tours through the Sea Caves, guiding snorkel or bike adventures, or helping guests in our retail store, you’ll be part of an exciting, ocean-loving crew that shares the beauty of La Jolla’s coastline with visitors from around the world.

We accept applications year-round, though our primary hiring seasons are March, May, and June as we prepare for our busy summer months.

Requirements for Applicants

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

• A passion for the outdoors, ocean, and marine life

• Experience with kayaking, snorkeling, or other ocean activities preferred

• Availability to work weekends and holidays

• At least 18 years of age for tour guide positions

• CPR certification preferred

• Completion of all required training following an offer of employment
